Shipping & Returns

All of our Bags are shipped with UPS Ground. As soon as you purchase a bag online you will get an automated email letting you know you scored the bag!

We ship quickly and insure the bags for the exact cost you paid. We ship ground unless you need it sooner. Email us in that case and we can try, but ground is our default. We do require a signature on delivery for your own peace of mind! Thanks a lot porch pirates. We can’t ship to PO Boxes for the same reason.

Shipping for a bag is flat rate of $35. We ship as soon as possible and once your bag is on the way to you, you will get an email with a tracking number. We are located in Virginia, so keep that in mind when you order and factor in the time. Shipping for Luxury Littles is $8.00.

Do not remove the Tags until you re sure you love the bag! If you decide to return a bag then you contact us and we will send you a label for the same UPS delivery back to us and charge your account the return shipping cost. Rarely do we see returns, but it happens. But do remember these are not brand new bags they are restored, so they will not be perfect. But they are as perfect as we can make them!

Retruns are accepted within 15 days from when you receive the bag.

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING INFO! We will not be able to to ship bags after December 18th. Local Buyers can pick bags up. But because of the Christmas season we will extend your returns until January 15th!
